Mental Math Trainer aims to provide a personal mental math companion that enhances cognitive skills and calculation practice. By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. General Terms & Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to your use of Mental Math Trainer. Partner or third-party service conditions may apply where applicable.

3. Services Offered

Mental Math Trainer provides the following features:

Practice exercises for mental math calculations
Activity statistics and progress monitoring
Adaptive difficulty levels
Goal setting and achievement tracking
Daily reminders and notifications
Custom exercise creation
Customer support

4. Access & Availability

The Developer strives to provide Mental Math Trainer without interruptions. However, we accept no liability for temporary outages due to:

Scheduled maintenance
Technical updates
Server issues or third-party service interruptions
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

5. In-App Purchases

Mental Math Trainer offers both free and premium features:

Free Features: Basic practice exercises, progress tracking, and core functionality are available at no cost.

Premium Subscription: Advanced features are available through a subscription-based model. Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected period (monthly or yearly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Payment: All purchases are processed through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from paid services within 14 days of purchase. To exercise this right, please contact us at:

Please note that you will be required to pay for any services already rendered before the withdrawal takes effect.

7. Data Protection

Data collection and processing are conducted exclusively for the purpose of providing Mental Math Trainer services. All data handling complies with applicable privacy laws.

Users can revoke consent for data processing at any time. For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

The Developer's liability is limited as follows:

Damage claims are excluded except in cases of personal injury
Liability for gross negligence or intentional breach remains unaffected
The Developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
No liability is assumed for content or services provided by third parties

This limitation of liability does not affect mandatory statutory liability provisions.

9. Termination

User Termination: You may delete your account and discontinue use of Mental Math Trainer at any time without notice. Account deletion can be performed directly in the app settings.

Developer Termination: The Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access with reasonable notice for violation of these terms or for other legitimate reasons.

10. Miscellaneous

Applicable Law: These Terms of Service are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Modifications: Changes to these Terms will be communicated with at least 2 months' notice. Continued use of the app after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
